| 摘 要 目的：回顾性研究桂哌齐特注射液联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：70例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组（36例）和对照组（34例），在常规疗法的基础上，对照组给予降纤酶注射液，ivd qd，连用14 d为一个疗程；治疗组给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320 mg、曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液10 ml，ivd qd；连用15 d后进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.9%、85.3%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全，有效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical effects of cinepazide maleate combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the treatment group(36 cases) and controlled group(34 cases). Both were given routine therapy concomitantly, the controlled group were given defibrase injections by intravenous drip,qd, for 14 days and the treatment group were given cinepazide maleate injections and troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injections by intravenous drip,qd, for 15 days and then their effects were evaluated. Results:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the controlled group were 88.9%and 85.3%. The therapeutic effect of he treatment group was better than that of the controlled group, but there was no statistical difference (P＞0.05). Conclusion:Cinepazide maleate combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate was effective and safe in treating acute cerebral infarction. |
