| 摘 要 目的：观察加味补中益气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者呼吸肌疲劳的疗效。方法：60例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组，对照组30例给予茶碱缓释片0.2 g， po q12h；治疗组30例在对照组基础上予加味补中益气汤口服。疗程均为2个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能、呼吸肌肌力指标、血气分析的变化。结果：治疗2个月后，治疗组在临床疗效、肺功能改善、呼吸肌肌力指标、血气分析等指标上均明显优于对照组（P<0.05或0.01）。结论：加味补中益气汤辅助治疗可改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者呼吸肌疲劳。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the effects of modified Buzhongyiqi Decoction on respiratory muscle fatigue for patients in the treatment of the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods:60 cases of COPD in the stable stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and controlled group. In the controlled group, the theophylline sustained-release tablets were given orally while Buzhongyiqi Decoction and the tablets were prescribed in the treatment group and the course of both treatments was two months. The main indexes including the clinical efficacy were observed between the two groups and the changes of the pulmonary function, the respiratory muscle strength and the blood gas analysis were recorded before and after the treatment in both groups. Results:After the two months’ treatments, the results of the clinical efficacy, the pulmonary function, the respiratory muscle strength and the blood gas analysis in treatment group were all better than those in the controlled group, showing significant difference (P<0.05，P<0.01). Conclusion:The modified Buzhongyiqi Decoction was effective in alleviating the respiratory muscle fatigue for patients in the stable stage of COPD. |
