ABSTRACT Objective::To explore the curative effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on progressive cerebral infarction. Methods:180 cases of the progressive cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups. 90 cases in the control group were given aspirin tablet 100mg,po qd, and 90 patients in the experimental group, given clopidogrel tablet 75mg,po qd combined with aspirin treatment. The differences in clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups and the nerve function and adverse drug reaction(ADR) were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate in the experimental group was 88.9%, higher than 66.7% of the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 84.4%, higher than 62.2% of the control group , and the difference was significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the neural function defect score of the experimental group was decreased, and was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No significant difference in the rate of ADR between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Clopidogrel combined with aspirin had its remarkable effect on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction, and a combination of the two had high clinical efficiency, which could significantly promote the neurological recovery. |
