摘 要 目的: 为《中国药典》支原体检查法的进一步修订提供依据,为规范药品支原体检查试验操作提供参考意见。方法: 比较有氧培养条件(aerobic conditions)与微有氧培养条件(microaerophilic conditions)下,口腔支原体(M. orale)和肺支原体(M. pneumoniae)在液体和固体培养基上的生长差异。结果:两种支原体在有氧环境和微有氧环境的生长状况存在明显差距,支原体在微有氧环境的生长状态明显好于在有氧环境下。结论: 支原体检查培养法应使用微有氧培养环境。《中国药典》支原体检查试验中对培养条件的规定不够明确,建议修订时应加以明确和规范。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To provide the basic data for the further revision of mycoplasma test method described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and some references for the operation standardization of drug mycoplasma test. Methods: Two incubation conditions, namely aerobic conditions and microaerophilic conditions, were compared with respect to the growth status of mycoplasma in liquid and solid media. Results: The growth of mycoplasma was obvious difference between the two incubation conditions, and the microaerophilic conditions were better than the aerobic conditions. Conclusion:The microaerophilic conditions can be used in the incubation of mycoplasma test, which should be defined and standardized in the future Chinese Pharmacopoeia. |
