| 摘 要 目的:观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍的功能性胃肠病患者的疗效与安全性。方法：65例伴焦虑抑郁障碍的功能性胃肠病患者随机分为两组，对照组30例给予常规治疗，观察组35例在常规治疗基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。1个月后比较两组患者的消化道症状积分，HAMD评分、HAMA评分、临床疗效及药品不良反应等指标。结果：治疗后，两组患者的消化道症状积分、HAMD评分和HAMA评分均明显低于本组治疗前（P<0.05），且观察组各项评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的总有效率为94.29%，明显高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.001）。两组药品不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍的功能性胃肠病，可有效缓解消化道症状，提高临床疗效，且安全性好，值得临床推广。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To study the effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders combined with anxiety or depression.Methods:65 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders combined with anxiety or depression were randomly divided into the observation group(35 patients) and the control group(30 patients).The control group patients were treated by traditional treatment,，while the observation group patients were treated by traditional treatment, and flupentixol and melitracen tablets.After one month’s treatment, gastrointestinal symptom scores, HAMD scores and HAMA scores and treatment efficiency of two groups were statistical analyzed. Results: Gastrointestinal symptom score, HAMD score and HAMA score of two groups patients after treatment were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Besides,gastrointestinal symptom score, HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Treatment efficiency of the observation group patients(94.3%) were higher than that of the control group(66.7%)(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders combined with anxiety or depression is good .So flupentixol and melitracen tablets can improve clinical outcomes and help patients recover. It's worthy of clinical promotion. |
