| 摘 要 目的： 研究舒芬太尼联合地佐辛用于腹部手术术后自控静脉镇痛（PCIA）的效果。方法: 110例接受腹部手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例，术后均予电子镇痛泵进行PCIA。对照组给予地佐辛0.3 mg·kg-1，观察组给予舒芬太尼注射液 0.1μg·kg-1+地佐辛 0.3 mg·kg-1。比较两组患者VAS评分、药品不良反应、Ramesay评分、自控镇痛按压次数、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肠鸣音频率等指标，观察两组患者术后PCIA效果。结果:观察组的术后6~24 h VAS评分、Ramesay评分，12~24 h的自控镇痛按压次数等指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.01），排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肠鸣音频率等也明显好于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组药品不良反应发生率明显高于对照组（P<0.05或0.01）。结论: 舒芬太尼联合地佐辛用于腹部手术术后的PCIA，镇痛、镇静效果显著，能明显改善患者临床症状，值得临推广应用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the effect of sufentanil combined with dezocine on the PCIA after abdominal operation.Methods: Totally 110 patients undergoing abdominal operation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 55 cases in each. The two groups were both treated with electronic analgesia pump for the PCIA after the operation. The control group was given dezocine 0.3 mg·kg-1, and the experimental group was given sufentanil injections 0.1g·kg-1 plus dezocine 0.3mg·kg-1. The VAS score, adverse drug reactions, Ramesay scores, press number of patient controlled analgesia, exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds and bowel audio rate index in the two groups were compared to evaluate the effect of PCIA. Results: All the observed indices in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Sufentanil combined with dezocine for the PCIA after abdominal operation shows significantly analgesic and sedative effects, and can notably improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application. |
