      摘 要 目的: 对毛茛科乌头属植物草黄乌头的块根进行化学成分研究。方法: 草黄乌头的干燥块根用90%乙醇回流提取,所得浸膏用1.5% HCl溶解,氯仿萃取,酸水溶液用25% 氨水调至pH为9,氯仿萃取,得总生物碱粗提物。粗提物通过各种柱色谱分离纯化,经光谱数据 (1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS) 进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到7个二萜生物碱,分别鉴定为:阿克诺辛(aconosine, 1),13-去氧卢乌碱(13-deoxyludaconitine, 2),嘟拉碱(dolaconine, 3),ezochasmanine(4),塔拉萨敏(talatisamine, 5),鹤乌碱(scopaline, 6),卡马乌头原碱(cammaconine, 7)。结论: 首次对草黄乌头进行化学成分研究,化合物1 7为首次从草黄乌头中分离得到。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Aconitum straminiflorum.  Methods: The air dried roots of A. straminiflorum were powdered and extracted three times with 90% ethonal under reflux. After the removal of the solvent under reduced pressure, the crude extract was dissolved in 1.5% HCl solution (7 L). The acidic solution was basified to pH 9.0 with ammonia (25%) and extracted with CHCl3 to obtain crude extract of total alkaloids after the removal of CHCl3. The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and identified based on spectral analysis (MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). Results: Totally 7 compounds were isolated from A. straminiflorum, and characterized as aconosine (1), 13 deoxyludaconitine (2), dolaconine (3), ezochasmanine (4), talatisamine (5), scopaline (6) and cammaconine (7), respectively. Conclusion:Seven diterpenoid alkaloids are isolated from A. Straminiflorum for the first time.
