| 摘 要 目的：观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味联合西药常规治疗高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床疗效。方法：103例高同型半胱氨酸血症患者随机分为对照组51例和观察组52例。对照组予叶酸、维生素B6、甲钴胺等西药常规治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前和治疗4周、8周、12周后血浆同型半胱氨酸水平变化。结果：治疗4周、8周、12周后，两组患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)，且观察组各时点血浆同型半胱氨酸水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加味联合西药常规治疗高同型半胱氨酸血症的效果优于单纯西药治疗。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jiawei Guolou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine conventional therapy in the treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods:103 cases of hyperhomocysteinemia were randomly divided into 51 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with folic acid, vitamin B6 and methylcobalamin. The treatment group added Jiawei Guolou Xiebai Banxia decoction based on the treatment in control group treatment. Before and after 4, 8, 12 weeks of treatment, the concentration of homocysteine(Hcy) was observed and compared.Results:After 4, 8, 12 weeks treatments, the concentration of Hcy in the 2 groups was decreased statistically than before (P<0.05); The concentration of Hcy in treatment group was significant lower than control group at each time point (P<0.05).〖WTHZ〗Conclusion:〖WTBZ〗The curative effect of Jiawei Guolou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine was better than pure western medicine in the treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia treatment. |
