| 目的：调查某市立医院麻醉性镇痛药的利用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：采用处方调查分析方法，并用DDD和DUI为指标。结果：所使用的药品共5种，DUI均小于1。结论：本院麻醉性镇痛药的应用，特别是晚期癌痛患者的治疗量与wHO推荐剂量相比明显偏小，并又大多为单一用药。 |

| Objective: To examine the usage of narcotic analgesic prescription.Method: The prescriptions in our hospital were investigated and analyzed with DDD and the DUI as their criteria.Result: Five medicines were used in the hospital and all of the DUI was less than 1. Conclusion: The doses of narcotic analgesics were fewer than the ones recommended by WHO and most of them were used singly in our hospital, especially in the treatment of advanced cancers. |
