| 目的：介绍系统性综述的方法及其在药学领域中的应用。方法：从系统性综述的概念、方法、步骤、优缺点以及在药学领域中的应用等方面进行描述。结果：系统性综述已用于多个临床试验结果的综合、上市后药物的补充申请的支持性证据、新药上市后的再评价、基本药物遴选的决策依据和建立中医药现代疗效评价体系等诸多领域。结论：系统性综述方法是一种更严格、更可靠、更科学的评价方法，它在药学领域中的应用也将日益广泛。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Objective: To introduce the method of systematic review and its applic ation in pharmaceutical field. Methods: The conception, means and process, advan tages and disadvantages and the application in the pharmaceutical field of the s ystematic review were described. Result: The systematic review was used as the results of multiple centered clinical trials, the supporting evidence for suppl e mental claims for marketed drugs, and the gist of selection of essential drugs. And it was also used to establish the evaluation system of traditional Chinese m edicine.Conclusion: The systematic review was an evaluation method which is mor e strict, more credible and more scientific. Its application in the pharmaceutic al field will be wider and wider. |
