| 目的：探讨亚胺培南／西司他丁治疗肾移植术后重症肺炎的疗效。方法：回顾分析亚胺培南／西司他丁治疗22例肾移植术后重症肺部感染患者的临床资料及疗效。结果：22例中治愈10例，显效8例，总有效率81．8％；共分离出致病菌34株，用药后27株细菌被清除，细菌清除率79．4％。结论：亚胺培南／西司他丁对肾移植术后重症肺炎有良好的疗效。可作为临床的经验治疗药物。 |

| Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of Imipenem on severe pneumonia following the kidney transplantation.Method: A retrospective analysis was made of the therapeutic effects of Imipenem on 22 cases of clinical severe pneumonia following the kidney transplantation.Result: The treatment was effective in 18 of the 22 cases, the effective rate being 81.8%. Among the 34 strains of bacteria isolated, 27 were cleared(79.4%) after the treatment.Conclusion: Imipenem is an effective remedy and is recommended for the treatment of severe pneumonia following the kidney transplantation. |
