| 目的：了解某部队医院呼吸科抗茵药应用情况及合理性。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，调用该院呼吸科2002年6～12月所有住院患者病历，共计450例，统计分析其抗茵药的使用种类、应用天数、应用频率及细菌谱等。结果：呼吸科抗茵药使用率为70．7％，涉及药品种类44种，应用频率最多的前5种抗茵药分属于头孢菌素、喹诺酮类，感染病原茵多为铜绿假单胞茵、白色念珠茵。结论：该院呼吸科抗茵药的应用符合有效、安全、经济、个体化的合理用药原则。 |

| Objective: To understand the situation in using antibiotics and its rationality in the Respiratory Department of General Hospital.Method: By retrospective survey of medical records of all the inpatients of the second half of the year 2002 in the Respiratory Department, totalling 450 integrated medical records, we studied their classes, periods, times, and bacterial spectrums of used anti-bacterial drugs.Result: The ratio of using antibiotics is 70.7%, involving 44 kinds. The five kinds of the most frequent used antibiotics were: cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones.Conclusion: The utilization of antibiotic in the Respiratory Department of the General Hospital of PLA has followed the effective, safe, economical and individual principles of rational drug use. |
