| 目的：了解某三甲医院降血糖药的使用情况和发展趋势。方法：采用DDDs排序法和金额排序法对该医院2001～2003年的降血糖药使用情况进行动态分析。结果：3年来该医院降血糖药购入金额呈上升趋势，平均增长率大于西药总体增长率，两者之间弹性系数为1．3，但不同年度有波动，2002年弹性系数仅为0．35，而2003年却达2．54；国产降血糖药购入金额略有下降，合资类增幅明显；磺脲类降血糖药使用频度最高，其次是胰岛素类；磺脲类、胰岛素增敏药、胰岛素类的金额排名位居前3位；最常用的降血糖药是格列齐特和二甲双胍；该医院25种降血糖药的金额序号与DDDs序号之比在0．17～5．3之间；日均药费为0．07～17．90元，平均6．31元；用药量随季节有所波动。结论：该医院降血糖药使用基本合理；安全有效、质优价廉的国产降血糖药具有广阔前景。 |

| Objective: To investigate the use of hypoglycemic drugs and its developing trend in a 3A grade hospital. Method:According to the order of DDDs and the order of the sum of money,a dynamic analysis of hypoglycemic drugs was made from 2001 to 2003. Result:The sum of purchase of the hypoglycemic drugs in the hospital increased during the 3 years,and the average increase rate was greater than that of the total medicine because their coefficient of elasticity was 1.3. The increase presented a fluctuation, for example, the coefficient was only 0.35 in 2002 but it was up to 2.54 in 2003. The sum of purchase of the drugs manufactured at home decreased slightly while the one of joint - venture products presented a significant increase. Sulfonylurea of the hypoglycemic drugs and gliclazide were in the first place arranged by DDDs,and the insulin was the second; The sum of purchase of sulfonylurea, the insulin sensitizing agents and insulins ranked the first three places. The ratio of the order of cost to the one of DDDs about 25 hypoglycemic drugs was from 0.17 to 5.3; the daily drug cost was between 0.07 and 17.90 yuan,with the average of 6. 31 yuan; the sum of the drug purchase varied with the season. Conclusion:The hypoglycemic drugs as a whole are reasonably used in the hospital and the future for drugs of safe, effective, cheap and good quality manufactured at home is bright in China. |
