| 目的：了解我院骨外及普外科围手术期抗菌药应用情况并作出客观评价。方法：抽取2003年10月份出院的骨外及普外科手术病历各53份，统计分析围手术期抗菌药应用情况。结果：抗菌药首次使用时间欠佳、选药起步明显偏高、用药时间明显偏长、个别联用欠妥。结论：需要加强外科围手术期合理使用抗菌药的宣传与教育。 |

| Objective: To analyze the perioperative use of antimicrobials in 106 cases of orthopedics and general surgery. Method: 106 cases were studied about their orthopedics and general surgery. Result: The use of antimicrobials was basically rational, but the irrational use still existed, such as drug use for long time, drugs sorts, treatment period and combined use, etc. Conclusion: Some measures should be taken to solve those problems. |
