| 目的:观察浓缩型贞芪扶正胶囊对宫颈癌放疗疗效及癌周围上皮细胞修复的影响。方法:随机将152 例宫颈癌患者分为两组,每组76例,两组均在常规放疗同时口服VitB4 10mg,tid,利血生10 mg,tid;治疗组再加服贞芪扶正胶囊4粒,bid,疗程8周。观察疗效和放疗后第3,4,5,8周外周血白细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、NK细胞及癌周细胞的变化。结果:治疗组治愈率81．5％,对照组76．3％,两组比较差异不显著(P>0．05);在第3,4,5,8周,治疗组外周血白细胞计数明显高于对照组(P<0．05);NK细胞数量治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0．01);治疗组癌周上皮细胞在第4周后出现显著修复性变化,第8周新生细胞比例增多达(0．51±0．22),明显高于对照组的(0．24±0．21),P< 0．01。结论:浓缩型贞芪扶正胶囊能增强宫颈癌放疗患者的疗效和免疫造血功能,促进癌周围上皮细胞修复。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical prognosis and reparation of epithelia around the cancer of cervix by radiotherapy combined with zhenqifuzheng capsules. Method:152 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group (76 cases) were treated with radiation combined with zhenqifuzheng capsules 4 caps, bid, for 8 weeks. The control group (76 cases) was treated with radiation only. Their prognosis was observed and their white blood cells and hemoglobin and NK cells were measured from the third to eighth weeks. Result:The cure rate was higher in the observation group(81. 5% )than that in the control group (76. 3% ),but there was no significant difference. There was a higher white blood cell count as compared with the control group in the third, fourth, fifth and eighth weeks(P<0. 05). There was a higher NK cell count as compared with the control group(P <0. 01). There was an obvious reparation of epithelia around the cancer after the third week. Conclusion:The Zhenqifuzheng capsule of the concentrated type can strengthen the effect of radiotherapy on the cervix cancer and promote the reparation of epithelia around the cancer. |
