| 目的：了解专科医院结核痛住院患者抗菌药使用情况及合理性。方法：抽查2004年结核病住院病历1446份，对抗菌药的使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果：1446例中有1329例使用抗菌药，占92％。其中30．1％为不合理使用。结论：结核病住院患者抗菌药使用中存在不合理之处。应注意避免。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the rationality of use of antibiotics in tubercular inpatients in our hospital. Method: Spot-checked 1446 cases of the tubercular patients in our hospital in 2004 were reviewed and the rationality of their use of antibiotics were analyzed. Result: Of the 1446 cases, 1329 cases used antibiotics, which accounted for 92% of all the cases, 30. 1 % of which used antibiotics unreasonably. Conclusion: There were still some problems in using antibiotics in the treatment of tuberculosis in our hospital. The unreasonable use of antibiotics in tubercular inpatients should be a-voided. |
