| 目的：了解我院口服抗抑郁药物的使用情况和变化趋势，探讨抗抑郁药物的合理使用。方法：以用药金额排序法对我院2002—2004年抗抑郁药物的来源、品种和金额等进行归类统计，并用限定日剂量法对药物使用进行评估。结果：2002—2004年我院口服抗抑郁药物用药金额增长了61．76％，DDDs增长了55．49％；用药品种变化不大。用药金额中进口药占较大比例；3年来SSRIs类抗抑郁药的应用占抗抑郁药总份额均超过50％，TCAs类用药金额的消耗3年均未超过5％，其他类的消耗金额占37％-44％。用药频度居前的药物为氟哌噻吨／二盐酸三氟噻吨、氟西汀（百忧解）、氯米帕明等。结论：应注意口服抗抑郁药物的合理使用，加大国产新药的开发和使用，注重药物使用的成本效果比。 |

| Objective: To find out the current situation and developing trend of clinical utilization of antidepres-sant drugs and to guide rational clinical drug use. Method: A statistic analysis and comparison of the kinds, sum of money and origin of these drugs were made in the order of sum of money and defined daily dose( DDD) in Tongji Hospital during 2002 -2004. Result:The total sum of money showed a rising trend in the 3-year period and its percentage increased 61.76% in 2004, compared with 2002's, which was mainly due to the rising expenditure of imported drugs. The costs of the imported drugs occupied 37.58% ~ 81.55% of the sum of money every year. DDDS amounted to 155.49% in 2004. Selective serotonin - reuptake inhibitors ( SSRIS) and deanxit were the main kinds in the clinic and occupied more than 50% and 37% ~44% respectively in the total sum of money every year, whereas percentage of the sum of money of tricy-clic antidepressants (TCAS) was dramatically low (<5% ). The drugs which had high DDDS value included deanxit, par-oxetine (seroxat), fluoxetine(prozac) ,etc. Conclusion: Physicians must prescribe antidepressant drugs rationally, value the cost - effect rate of prescribed drugs, consider the factor of pharmacoeconomics and make an effort to decrease the medicine expenditure. Research institutes should strengthen their research of new domestic drugs, especially high cost-effect clinic therapeutic preparations. |
