| Objective:To analyze the application and medication tendency of quinolones antibacterial in our hospital. Method:The kinds of quinolones antibacterial, consumption, dosage, frequency of drug application, daily drug cost were statistically analyzed and ranked in their order. Result:The consumption and daily drug cost increased year by year, the oral norfloxacin and tarivid took the first and second place. The consumption in the first 3 rank was different, the constituent ratio of the consumption of oral medicine in the first 3 rank was gatifloxacin (19.52% ) , tarivid (14.90% ) , and sparfloxacin (14.02% ) and that of injection quinolones antibacterial was aspartic acid lomefloxacin (25.05% ), fleroxacin (25.02% ) , and enoxacin (19.46% ). Conclusion:The application of quinolones antibacterial was reasonable but presented a fierce competition by suppliers among varieties. It is necessary to strengthen the macroscopic management in clinical application. |
