| 目的：参照国家基本药物目录，对武汉地区医院近两年头孢菌素类药物的使用状况及发展趋势做出客观评价，以供国家基本药物目录修正，医院内部基本药物目录遴选参考。方法：分别统计武汉地区25所医院2004-2005年购入的头孢菌素的品种、金额，用药频度及日均费用等项指标。结果：2年中，头孢菌素的使用品种、金额、DDDs均逐年增加，其中，国家基本药物的DDDs所占比例在65％以上。第4代头孢菌素的DDDs及金额最低，增长速度最快，第3代头孢菌素的DDDs及金额最高，但增长速度最慢。结论：头孢菌素仍将占据抗生素市场的主导地位，市场前景广阔，但应进一步规范管理，以减缓细菌耐药性的产生。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the current situation and the developing trend of cephalosporins antibiotics used in 25 hospitals in Wuhan area during the period of 2004 - 2005 in reference to the list of national essential drugs in or- der to provide information for revising the list of national essential drugs and selecting hospital essential drugs.Method: The cephalosporins antibiotics were statistically analyzed in respect to the varieties,purchase sum of money,DDDs and daily cost.Result:During the 2 years,the varieties,purchase sum of money and DDDs of cephalosporins antibiotics were in- creasing yearly.The proportion of national essential drugs was above 65 percent in terms of DDDs.The forth generation cephalosporins antibiotics dominated the end place in terms of DDDs and consumption sum,which had the fastest increase, and the third one dominated the first place,which had the slowest increase.Conclusion:Cephalosperins antibiotics will oc- cupy the top position of the whole antibiotics market in the future.Its prospect will be wide and bright.In order to reduce and delay the bacteria resistance,it is suggested that the administration of cephalosporins antibiotics should be further nor- malized. |
