| 目的：观察贞芪扶正胶囊结合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法：采用随机双盲对照试验，70例患者分别给予贞芪扶正胶囊结合H1、H2受体拮抗药或H1、H2受体拮抗药，疗程4周。结果：第二、四疗程结束后，治疗组和对照组的总有效率，经统计学处理差异显著，无严重不良反应发生。结论：贞芪扶正胶囊合并使用H1、H1受体拮抗剂治疗慢性荨麻疹值得推广应用。 |

| Objective:To study clinical effects of chronic urticaria by antihistamines combined with zhenqifuzheng capsules.Method:70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observational group was treated with antihista- mines combined with zhenqifuzheng capsules 4 caps,bid,for 4 weeks.The controlled group was treated with antihistamines only.Result:The curative rate of the observational group was higher than that of the controlled group.There was significant difference.No serious side effects occurred.Conclusion:Zhenqifuzheng capsules combined with antihistamines is safe and effective in treating patients with chronic urticaria. |
