| 目的：了解南京市22所医院治疗糖尿病药物使用情况，并进行分析评价。方法：通过金额排序法、用药频度排序法，回顾分析2003—2005年南京市22家医院的治疗糖尿病药物的使用趋势。结果：3年来，治疗糖尿病药物的使用金额逐年上升，使用金额与使用频率基本上呈相关性增长，进口和合资企业生产的药品占据了70％左右的市场份额。结论：临床用药基本合理，品牌效应得到医师和患者的认可。安全、有效、依从性好、价格适中是糖尿病治疗药物的必然发展趋势。 |

| Objective:To survey and evaluate the use of diabetic medications in 22 hospitals in Nanjing.Meth- od:The trend of using anti diabetic drugs was analyzed in the 22 hospitals in Nanjing from 2003 to 2005 by sequencing DDDs of consuming amount.Result:The consuming amount of anti diabetic drugs was increasing in the past 3 years and positively related to use frequencies,Products of foreign capital enterprises and joint ventures had the share of 70% of the market.Conclusion:The use of anti-diabetic drugs is reasonable.Branded products are preferred by doctors and patients. The trend of anti-diabetic drugs is safety,effectiveness,higher compliance and reasonable price. |
