| 目的：了解某部队医院静脉输液的利用现状及趋势。方法：对2003～2005年输液的使用数据进行统计分析。结果：输液品种数、总量、总金额均逐年增加，输液销售总额占全年药品总金额的21％左右；营养类和电解质类输液的用量占大多数，其中葡萄糖注射液、氯化钠注射液和复方氨基酸注射液占总输液量的73．84％；治疗类输液增长过快，以生化制剂为主；结论：输液的用量和消耗金额呈不断上升趋势。 |

| Objective:To clarify the actuality and direction of vein transfusion used in our hospital. Method:The actuality of transfusion was analyzed from 2003 to 2005. Result:The rate of variety, gross and sum of the transfusion increased yearly. The sum of transfusion distribution was 21% in the all materia medica and the dosage of alimentation and electrolyte occupied the majority. Glucose injection, sodium injection and compound amino acid injection occupied 73.84% in all transfusion quantities. The therapeutic drugs increased too rapidly and gave a priority to biochemical medicines. Conclusion:The dosage and sum of the transfusion kept an uptrend. |
