| 目的:探讨雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性喉-支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:观察组:住院患儿50例,在常规综合治疗基础上,加用布地奈德吸入。回顾性对照分析2005年诊断的急性喉-支气管炎病例47例,采用全身肾上腺皮质激素,对治疗后临床症状和体征的持续时间进行比较。结果:观察组在声嘶、犬吠样咳嗽、喉鸣及呼吸困难的缓解上与对照组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉-支气管炎的喉部炎症,能较早解除炎症、声嘶、缩短病程,治疗方法简单、安全,避免了全身使用激素的不良反应。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effects of atomization inhaled Pulmicort Respules on acute laryngo- bronchitis.Method:50 children with diagnosed acute laryngo-bronchitis were observed in the hospitals.On the basis of the routine treatment,the Pulmicort Respules inhalation was administered.47 acute laryngo-bronchitic patients were retro- spectively analyzed in 2005.They were injected with adrenal cortex hormone.The persistence time of clinical symptoms and signs were compared after the treatment.Result:There were some significant difference in cerehnus,barking cough, laryngeal stridor and dyspneic relief between the treatment group and controlled group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation can be used to relieve laryngeal inflammation in acute laryngo-bronchitic children,early re- lieve cerchnus,and shorten the course of the disease.The therapeutic method is simple and safe and can avoid some side effect of adrenal cortex hormone injection. |
