| 目的:探讨普鲁卡因加复方丹参治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)伴腹痛的疗效。方法:将35例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组加用普鲁卡因复方丹参治疗,对照组常规治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组腹痛缓解、消失时间、平均住院天数比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01,0.05)。结论:普鲁卡因加复方丹参治疗过敏性紫癜伴腹痛疗效显著。 |

| Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of procaine plus compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) associated with stomachache.Method:35 cases of Pedo-HSP were ran- domly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with the compound salvia mihiorrhiza injection in addi- tion to the routine treatment and the controlled group received the routine treatment only.Result:The time of relief and dis- appearance of stomachache and average days were much shorter in the experimental group than in the controlled group (p<0.01 0.05).Conclusion:This method has some significant effect on pedo-HSP associated with stomachache. |
