| 目的:了解环孢素(CsA)与硫唑嘌呤、霉酚酸酯、咪唑立宾、雷帕霉素及泼尼松不同组方治疗肾移植术后排斥反应时对患者肝功能的影响。方法:调查我院1995～2005年肾移植患者药历600份,分析应用不同CsA抗排异组方治疗前后生化指标的变化。结果:600例患者中109例发生了肝损害(18.2%)。肝功能异常组的CsA血药浓度显著高于肝功能正常组(P<0.05)。CsA与硫唑嘌呤、泼尼松合用时肝损害比率31%,高于其他三组。结论:CsA为主的联合抗排异治疗方案可导致肝损害,抗排异治疗时应尽量选用对肝损害较小的方案。 |

| Objective:To study the effects of cyclosporine A coadministrated with azathioprine,mycophenolate, mizorihine,rapamycin and/or prednisone on liver function in renal transplant recipients.Method:The drug history records of 600 renal transplant recipients in 1995 to 2005 were retrospectively investigated.Biochemical indexes before and after the treatment with cyclosporine A coadministrated with other immunosuppressants were analyzed.Result:The liver damage was found in 109 cases(18.2%)among 600 cases.The blood concentrations of cyclosporine A in the group with abnormal liver functions were significantly higher than those in the group with normal liver functions(P<0.05 ).The rate of the ab- normal liver function with the treatment of cyclosporine A coadministrated with azathioprine and prednisone was 31% and higher than that of the other three groups.Conduslon:The anti-rejection regimens including that of cyclosporine A could induce liver damages.The therapeutic regimens with lower toxicity should be used after organ transplantations. |
