| 目的:探讨复方芙蓉泡腾栓治疗妇女细菌性阴道病的疗效和安全性。方法:细菌性阴道病患者121例,分为两组。实验组61例,使用复方芙蓉泡腾栓1枚置于阴道深处;对照组60例,使用双唑泰栓。疗程均为7d。均于治疗结束1周及1个月复查。结果:两组症状改善率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),近期有效率分别是91.8%,90.0%,远期有效率分别是91.8%,88.3%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组1例(1.6%)有不良反应,对照组5例(8.3%)有不良反应。结论:复方芙蓉泡腾栓能有效地治疗细菌性阴道病,安全性高。 |

| Objective:To study the curative effect and safety of compound furong effervescent suppository in the treatment of woman bacterial vaginosis(BV).Method:121 patients of BV were divided into an experimental group (61 pa- tients) and a controlled group (60 patients).The experimental group were treated vaginally with compound furong efferves- cent suppository qn for 7 days while the controlled group were treated with metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine ace- tate suppository.They were all rechecked after 1 week and 1 month when the treatment was over.Result:The improvement rates of symptoms of the two groups were not statistically significant in the differences (P>0.05).Their total short-term effect rates were 91.8% and 90.0% respectively,the total long-term effect rates were 91.8% and 88.3% respectively, and the difference wasn t statistically significant in the two groups (P>0.05).Some side effects were observed in one pa- tient (1.6%) of the experimental group and in five patients (8.3%) of the controlled group.Conclusion:Compound fu- rong effervescent suppository can cure BV effectively and safely. |
