| 目的:观察复方牛胎肝提取物(COFLE)对肝硬化腹水患者血清白蛋白及腹水消退的影响。方法:95例肝硬化腹水患者,随机分为对照组47例,采用基础治疗;治疗组48例,在对照组基础上加用COFLE2片,po tid。疗程均30 d。结果:治疗组ALT和血清TBil均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清Alb高于对照组(P<0.01);腹水消失时间、住院时间亦短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基础治疗加用COFLE,能改善肝硬化腹水患者肝功能,提高血清Alb水平,从而促进腹水消退,缩短住院时间。 |

| Objective:To observe the effect of compound fetal oxliver extract (COFLE) on serum albumin and the retrogression of the ascites in patients with liver cirrhosis.Method:95 cases with liver cirrhosis were stochastically di- vided into the treatment group with 48 cases and the controlled group with 47 cases.A basic treatment was used in the con- trolled group and the treatment group was added with COFLE,2 pieces,po tid as well as the basic treatment.Result:After the treatment for 30 days,ALT and serum Tbil of the treatment group is remarkably lower than those of the controlled group,P<0.01.Serum Alb of the treatment group is higher than that of the controlled group,P<0.01.The time of ascite disappearance was shorter in the treatment group than in the controlled group,P<0.01.The time staying in the hospital was shorter in the treatment group than in the controlled group,P<0.01.Conclusion:The addition of COFLE to the basic treatment could improve the liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis,enhance their serum ALB and promote their ascite retrogression.Thus the time of their hospitalization was reduced. |
