| 目的:探讨宫颈糜烂4种栓剂治疗的经济学效果。方法:运用药物经济学原理对阿希米(A组)、α-2a干扰素栓(B组)、治糜灵栓(C组)、复方沙棘籽油栓(D组)4种栓剂的成本-效果进行分析。结果:4组成本分别是357.3元、374.3元、361.19元、365.0元;有效率分别是92.8%、88.1%、85.7%、80.0%;成本-效果比分别是3.85、4.25、4.21、4.56;B、C、D组相对于A组的增量成本-效果比分别是-3.6、-0.55、-0.60。结论:A组治疗宫颈糜烂最佳。 |

| Objective:To discuss the cost-effectiveness of 4 therapeutic regimens in the treatment of cervical ero- sion.Method:The principle of pharmacoeconomics was adopted in the cost-effectiveness analysis of 4 therapeutic regi- mens,aximi (A);aoping suppository (B);zhimiling suppository (C);compound shajiziyou suppository (D).Result: The costs in the 4 groups were 357.3 yuan,374.3 yuan,361.19 yuan,and 365.0 yuan respectively.The effective rates were 92.8%,88.1%,85.7% and 80.0% respectively.The ratios of cost-effectiveness were 3.85,4.25,4.21,and 4.56 respectively.Compared with that of A,the added cost-effectiveness ratios of B,C,D were-3.6,-0.55,and -0.60 respec- tively.Conclusion:A is the preferred one among 4 therapeutic regimens. |
