| 目的:为我国健康相关生命质量的研究提供参考。方法:比较分析常用的健康相关生命质量通用量表。结果:SF-36健康调查是健康相关生命质量结果测量中最常用量表;NHP反映的是业外人士对健康的认知情况;SIP衡量的是疾病对行为的影响;QWB、HUI和EQ-5D都是基于偏好的测量。结论:目前并无统一的量表,要根据测量目的、人口特征和使用环境等选择量表。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Objective:To provide information for the health related quality of life research in China.Method: Make a comparative analysis about the generic instruments of health related quality of life.Result:The SF-36 health survey is the most commonly used HRQoL measure.The NHP was developed to reflect lay perceptions of health.The SIP was con- structed as a measure of sickness in relation to impact on behavior.The QWB scale,HUI and EQ-5D are preference-based measures.Conclusion:At present,there are no uniformly instruments,so we should base our instrument selection on the purpose of the measurement,the characteristics of the population and the application environment and so on. |
