| 摘 要 目的：观察卤米松软膏封包治疗慢性湿疹的疗效及不良反应。方法：采用自身随机对照方法，将30例慢性湿疹患者自身皮损严重程度评分相同的皮损随机分为卤米松软膏封包治疗和单纯外用治疗，连续治疗72 h，观察疗效和不良反应。结果：卤米松软膏封包治疗有效率 66.67%, 单纯外用治疗有效率30.00%。不良反应少。结论：卤米松软膏封包治疗慢性湿疹快速有效安全。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical effect and ADR of halometasone cream on the plastic occlusion of chronic eczema. Method:30 cases of chronic eczema with didymous eruption of similar characteristics at baseline were randomly divided into two groups receiving the 72-hour treatments respectively with plastic occlusion plus halometasone cream and halometasone cream alone. Its efficacy and possible adverse reactions were observed during the 72 hours.Result:The clinical efficacy was 66.67% in plastic occlusion and 30.00% in the controlled management. ADRs of halometasone cream were few.Conclusion:Halometasone cream in the plastic occlusion of chronic eczema has its quick efficacy and safety. |
