| 摘 要 目的：分析多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的成本 效果。方法：收集多中心非随机同期病例数据，采用增量成本-效果分析对其成本-效果进行评价。结果：多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗组相对于对照组，每增加1个效果单位，成本可节约42.68元。使用多磺酸黏多糖乳膏可直接降低治疗的总费用。结论：多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗血栓性浅静脉炎是有效、安全、经济的。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To conduct the pharmacoeconomics evaluation of hirudoid (MucopoLysaccharide Polysulrate Cream) in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis. Method:Multi-central non-randomized controlled data were collected. Incremental cost-effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate the pharmacoeconomics effectiveness of hirudoid in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis. Result:The cost was reduced by 42.68 yuan when 1% of the cure rate was increased. Hirudoid could reduce the total fee directly. Conclusion:Hirudoid is effective, safe and economic to treat superficial thrombophlebitis. |
