| 摘 要 目的：比较抗菌药应用干预前后的情况，探索实施抗菌药合理使用方案的可行性。方法：通过制定规范、加强教育、分级管理、检查反馈等措施来干预临床抗菌药不合理使用的现象。对医院干预前( 2009年) 和干预后( 2010年) 门诊及住院患者的抗菌药使用情况进行统计。结果：干预后门诊处方抗菌药使用比例由38.26%下降至21.36%，住院患者抗菌药使用比例由70.31%下降至51.87%，无指征用药由4.92%下降至2.50%，类切口患者术后平均预防用药时间缩短了2.1 d，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05) 。结论：干预措施对促进医院抗菌药的合理使用是可行和有效的。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To compare and analyze the status of rational usage of antibacterials pre and post intervention and to promote the development of scientific and rational clinical usage of antibacterials.Method:Various methods were used to strengthen the management of antibacterials, for example, full exertion of the rational use of antibacterials, enforcement of the training of doctors and nurses, and stipulation of the rules and principles. The data of the medication of the two groups in 2009 (pre-intervention) and 2010 ( post-intervention) were collected and compared. Result:The prescription of antibacterials dropped from 38.26% to21.36%before intervention, and the use of antibacterials of inpatients dropped from 70.31%to 51.87%. No indication of antibacterials use dropped from 4.92% to2.50%. The average duration of antiseptic use in incision operations was shortened by 2.1 days（P<0.05，P<0.01）. Conclusion:The rational antimicrobial application in clinical practice is effective and practical. |
