摘 要 目的:探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削(PRK)术中使用丝裂霉素(MMC)对抑制角膜上皮下雾状混浊(Haze)的效果及其对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:全面检索1981年1月~2010年6月公开发表的关于PRK术中使用0.02%MMC对抑制Haze效果的随机对照试验,对术后Haze发生比例及角膜内皮细胞密度减少量进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,MMC组比对照组明显地减少了Haze的形成,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 01)。与对照组相比,MMC组对角膜内皮细胞密度影响差异无统计学意义(P=0.36)。结论:PRK术中使用0.02%MMC可以明显减少术后Haze的形成,对角膜内皮细胞暂未发现有显著影响。 |

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the results of the intraoperative use of 0.02% mitomycin(MMC) to inhibit haze formation and its effect on the number of corneal endothelial cells after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) correction for myopia. Method:A full search was performed from 1981 to June 2010 to identify all the randomized controlled trials. A meta analysis of the occurrence of corneal haze and the loss of corneal endothelial cells was conducted when 0.02% MMC was used during PRK.Result:The study included seven literatures. The meta analysis showed that the MMC group more greatly decreased the haze formation than the controlled group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.000 01). The effect of the MMC group on the number of corneal endothelium cell loss had no significant statistical difference (P=0.36). Conclusion:Prophylactic use of 0.02% MMC in PRK surgery could significantly reduce the formation of haze but had no significant effect on the number of the corneal endothelium cell loss |
