| 摘 要 目的：分析2008～2010年北京地区各品种肠内营养（EN）药物使用情况。方法：利用《医院处方分析》课题（北京地区）对2008～2010年肠内营养药物的使用数量与金额进行统计，采用限定日剂量法计算用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC），以及消耗金额与DDDs的序号比。结果：北京地区肠内营养药物的销售和使用人次呈上升趋势，年销售金额分别为119万元、336万元、532万元。2008、2009年肠内营养药物DDDs和金额排名居前者基本一致。结论：临床医生对营养支持的重视不断提高，肠内营养药物在临床治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the use of enteral nutrition (EN) drugs in Beijing from 2008 to 2010.Method:The amount and sum of EN drugs were summarized and analyzed. DDDs, DDC and B/A were calculated by applying the topic “Analysis of the prescriptions in the hospital” (Beijing area) during the period of 2008 2010. Result:Both the consumption and numbers of the patients using EN drugs in Beijing area yearly increased. The annual sales amount was 1.19million yuan, respectively 3.36 million yuan,5.32 million yuan. DDDs and the amount ranking in the front were basically the same in 2008 and 2009. Conclusion:Nutritional support from clinical doctors attracted more and more clinical attention, the use of EN drugs played an increasingly important role in clinical treatment. |
