| 摘 要 目的：了解血压控制达标的住院高血压患者降压药使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对3 373例诊断患高血压，出院转归为治愈和好转的住院患者降压药使用情况进行回顾性研究，采用Excel和Access软件统计分析药物品种、使用人数和金额、用药频度（DDDs）、药物利用指数（DUI）及联合用药情况。结果：使用频率与金额居前3位的是钙通道阻滞药（CCB）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断药（ARB）和血管扩张药； DDDs最高的3个品种为左旋氨氯地平、氨氯地平和缬沙坦。各大类抗高血压药的DUI为0.5～1.1，各品种DUI为0.13～1.84。出现144种用药方案，以单独用药、二联或三联用药为主。结论：住院高血压患者合并症多，联合用药有利于血压控制达标，并降低药物利用指数，我院降压药使用基本合理。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the utilization of antihypertensives by inpatients，and to provide reference for the use of antihypertensives in the clinic.Method:3 373 history cases with the diagnosis as hypertension and well controlled blood pressure during 2010 were retrospectively studied. The kind, quantity, amount of money, DDDs, DUI and combination of antihypertensives were statistically analyzed by Excel and Access. Result:Calcium channel blocker(CCB), Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker(ARB),and angiotenic took the first 3 places in medication frequency. Levomlodipine, amlodipine and valsartan were prescribed most frequently. DUI of medicine was between 0.13-1.84. 144 kinds of medicine administrations appeared. Most patients received single agents or 2 or 3 combined agents.Conclusion:Inpatients had more complication，so the combined use of drugs could control blood pressure better. The utilization of drugs was basically rational. |
