| ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the situation and analyze the problems of current nursing staff involved in adverse drug reaction monitoring, Method:According to “Drug Administration Law”, “ADR reporting and monitoring of the management approach” of the Ministry of Health, the questionnaires of nurses' knowledge of ADR monitoring were designed, 240 nurses were investigated in the basic concepts of ADR, reporting awareness of the scope，reporting procedures and the legal consciousness.Result:More than nurses 90% considered it necessary to report ADR, However,this survey showed that poor knowledge of ADR concept , vague legal provisions, concealing, unreporting, omission and misstatement were more prevalent.Conclusion:Nurses were the discoverer and,executives of ADR,and play an important role in ADR monitoring. However, due to many problems , the current reporting rate is very low and far from playing the role of ADR monitoring. Therefore, more attention should be paid.to ADR. |
