| 摘 要 目的：调查口服中成药处方药说明书的标注情况，促进口服中成药处方药说明书书写规范化，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：人工收集某三甲医院2012年2月住院中药房临床正在使用的全部口服中成药处方药，共计212种根据相关规定对中成药处方药说明书的书写格式进行逐条调查、分析。结果：口服中成药处方药说明书在成分、性状、功能主治等11项标注情况较好，其他项目标注情况差强人意。结论：口服中成药处方药说明书格式的标注情况较差，其内容还有待进一步完善。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the medicine manual annotation of oral traditional Chinese patent medicine prescription to promote the standardization of writing oral Chinese medicine prescription descriptions and provide references for clinical drug rational use.Methods:From February, 2012, a total of 212 oral prescription drugs artificially gathered in a hospital inpatient pharmacy were analyzed one by one according to the relevant provisions of the Chinese medicine prescription descriptions. Results:11 oral Chinese patent medicine prescription descriptions were good in the marked composition, characteristics, functions, and so on, and other projects were just passable in those marked conditions.Conclusion:The labeled conditions of oral Chinese medicine prescription description were poor and their contents still need further perfection. |
