| 摘 要 目的：了解我院医师对合理用药相关知识的认知度。方法：根据抗菌药合理应用基本原则及相关知识设计问卷，对我院医师进行无记名、现场问卷调查。结果：共发放并回收问卷154份，答题较好者为35.7%，一般者为53.9%。我院医师对合理用药的基本概念、药政法规内容有较好的掌握，但对药学开放性知识掌握不理想。结论：医院应加强对医师的培训和考核，积极开展合理用药宣传活动。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the cognition of rational drug use by physicians in our hospital. Methods:By questionnaire survey，the understanding of rational use of drugs by physicians in our hospital was investigated. Results:154 questionnaires were handed out and all the questionnaires were returned. The subjects who answered the questions well accounted for 35.7％，and general ones accounted for 53.9％. Our physicians were familiar with the basic concepts of rational drug use and medical regulations. As for the open test questions, the results were dissatisfactory. Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the training and testing for physicians to improve their skills of rational drug use. |
