ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the influence of regulation on the antibacterial drug safety in our hospital. Methods:This retrospective study evaluated 161 cases of antibacterial adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in 2010 and 2011.Results:Antimicrobial ADRs/ total ADRs rate obviously decreased from 59.76% to 41.10%,P<0.01 in 2011. Most cases were given cephalosporin accounting for 42.57%in 2010 and 48.33% in 2011, respectively. Meanwhile, antibiotics were mainly administrated intravenously. Conclusion:Rational administrative interventions could reduce the occurrence of antibacterial ADRs, and therefore ensure the drug safety. |
