| 摘 要 目的：调查老年住院患者的用药情况，评价用药合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：应用回顾性分析的方法，随机抽取2011年1月～2012年1月出院的老年患者病历，统计分析临床用药情况，评价用药合理性。结果：抽查的309份病历中，存在不合理用药情况的占14.89%，主要表现为用法用量不合理和用药时机或疗程不合理。不合理用药涉及的药物种类主要为抗菌药。结论：我院老年住院患者仍存在不合理用药情况，需要进一步提高老年患者、尤其是高龄患者的合理用药水平。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the drug utilization to evaluate the rationality of drug use in elderly inpatients and provide references for rational drug use in clinic. Methods:Medical records of elderly inpatients were randomly selected from Jan.2011 to Jan.2012，and the drug use and rationality were summarized and analyzed in the retrospective study.Results:Medical records which had irrational drug use accounted for 14.89% of the total selected medical records. The irrational use of drugs mainly included the improper usage and dosage of drug and unreasonable administration time or course. The irrational medicine mainly involved antibacterial. Conclusion:A certain irrational drug use in the treatment of the elderly inpatients occurred in our hospital; and therefore, the level of rational drug use in elderly inpatients should be improved，especially in very elderly inpatients. |
