| 摘 要 目的：探究老年糖尿病患者药物性低血糖临床特点，为临床提供指导。方法：对我院2009年1月 2011年9月106例老年糖尿病药物性低血糖住院患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：患者中有55例由于能量供给不足或未按医嘱用药等诱发因素引起，对低血糖采取防治措施的仅有12例。其中明确有使用胰岛素或磺脲类药物的有64例。高龄组和低龄组胰岛素导致低血糖的差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。低血糖临床表现主要为神志不清、意识模糊、乏力和出汗。高龄组与低龄组神志不清发生的例数差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：老年糖尿病患者低血糖不良反应症状显著、危害大，合理用药值得关注。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the clinical analysis of drug-induced hypoglycemia in the elderly diabetes patients to provide references in clinical practice．Methods:The data were collected from 106 cases of drug-induced hypoglycemia in the elderly diabetes patients to carry out a retrospective study during Jan. 2009 to Sept. 2011.Methods:55 of the cases were induced by deficiency or shortage of energy, or failure in following medical orders. Only 12 cases knew how to deal with hypoglycemia. In 106 cases, 64 cases used insulin or sulphanylureas. Insulin inducing hypoglycemia was very common in the older group. The major symptoms of hypoglycemia were obnubilation, confusion, anergy and sweating. The cases of obnubilation were more common in the older group. Conclusion:The symptoms of hypoglycemia were predominant and therefore, harmful in elderly diabetes patients. More attentions should be paid to the safe and rational drug use. |
