| ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the safety of xiangdan injections to discuss characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and to provide a reference for clinical medication.Methods:By retrospective study, 717 cases of adverse reactions of xiangdan injections were statistically analyzed.Results:The adverse reactions of xiangdan injections had no gender difference and the ADR were distributed in all age groups. Their adverse reactions were mainly involved in 94 cases of gastrointestinal system (13.11％), 158 cases of skin and appendages (22.03％),90 cases of central and peripheral nervous system,136 cases of respiratory system(18.97%),119 cases of systemic(16.60%),and other system damages.The ADR reactions of xiangdan injections involved in two major factors:drugs themselves and their clinical use. Conclusion: The monitoring of xiangdan injection must be strengthened and the drug instructions,improved. Doctors and patients should strictly follow the provisions of the pharmaceutical manual rational drug use in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and ensure the safe and effective use of drugs. |
