| 摘 要 目的：分析近三年武汉地区24家医院妇科局部抗感染药的用药数据，了解武汉地区该类药物的用药现状和发展趋势。方法：对武汉地区医院2009～2011年妇科局部抗感染药的用药金额、市场占有率、用药频度及日均费用等进行统计分析。结果：妇科局部抗感染药的使用量逐年上升。临床上使用较多的是治疗混合感染的药物，治疗单纯感染的药物中，抗念珠菌药销量占绝对优势。临床对新剂型的认同度较高，阴道用软胶囊、泡腾胶囊和泡腾片的销量增长均非常显著。一些疗效较好，适用范围广的新型药物具有较强的市场竞争力。结论：妇科局部抗感染药市场需求潜力大，治疗混合感染的药物市场份额较大，疗效好且适用范围广的药物竞争力强。新剂型在妇科局部抗感染药的使用前景不容忽视。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the present situation and trend of the gynecological local anti infective medicines used in 24 hospitals of Wuhan by analyzing the usage data. Methods:A statistical analysis of the sales volume, the market share, DDDs and DDC was made.Results:The usage of these medicines has been growing in recent years. Medicines that could inhibit multiple pathogens were clinically used. Among the anti mono infective medicines, the market was mostly dominated by anti Candida medicines. New types of such medicine were well received. The sales of soft capsules, effervescent capsules and effervescent tablets for vaginal use saw their rapid growth over the years. New medicines with significant efficacy and wide range of applications were more competitive in the market. Conclusion:The market demand for gynecological local anti infective medicines is greatly potential. Medicines that could inhibit multiple pathogens have the major share of the market. Medicines with better efficacy and wider range of applications are more competitive. The market prospect of new dosage form should never be underestimated. |
