Methods:136 ADR cases collected in hospital from 2008 to 2011 were statistically analyzed in respect of number of case, drugs with frequent ADR and clinical manifestation. etc. Results:In the 136 ADR events, the female showed higher proportion than the males, and the senile patients aged ≥60 accounted for about 41.18%, and the patients aged ≤10, for about 39.71%; anti infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicines dominated the first two places stably in terms of number of varieties. The ADRs were more frequently induced by antibiotics(48.53%),followed by traditional Chinese medicine(40.44%); The ADRS were mostly induced by intravenous administration, and lesions of skin and its appendages were the most frequent, accounting for 53.68%.
