摘要目的：了解“抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动”（简称“整治活动”）前后我院门诊抗菌药使用情况，评估“整治活动”对抗菌药临床使用干预的效果。方法：采用回顾性分析，随机抽取实施干预措施前的2011年1～3月及干预后的2012年1～3月门诊处方各2 400张，用合理用药国际指标（SDUIs）和《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对抗菌药的使用情况进行调研。结果：干预后，使用抗菌药比例由47.83%下降至28.29%，抗菌药中注射剂的百分率由40.43%下降至25.53%，抗菌药给药途径及品种的选择更为合理。结论：开展“整治活动”对临床合理使用抗菌药的干预效果明显。

英文摘要:

ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the effects of the special rectification activities of antibiotics clinical use on the antibiotics use in outpatient department of our hospital and evaluate its intervention effect. Methods:A retrospective research was used to randomly sample 2 400 prescriptions from January to March of 2011 and 2 400 prescriptions from January to March of 2012 and the use of antibiotics was evaluated by referring to the Principle and Guidelines for Rational Use of Antibiotics (PGRUA) and Selected Drug Use Indications (SDUIs). Results:After the intervention, the rate of antibacterial use decreased from 47.83% to28.29%, the percentage of antibacterials injections decreased from 40.43% to 25.53%, and the administration of antibacterial use and the antibiotics drug selection were more reasonable. Conclusion:The special rectification activities of antibiotics clinical use could improve reasonable antibacterial use.
