| 摘 要 目的：观察奥卡西平治疗舌咽神经痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法：72例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例，观察组用奥卡西平治疗，对照组用卡马西平治疗。4周后比较两组疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为75.0%，对照组治疗总有效率为61.1%。两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组疼痛缓解（VAS评分降低）优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：奥卡西平治疗舌咽神经痛疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the effects and side effects of oxcarbazepine in treating primary glossopharyngeal neuralgia.Methods:72 patients with plimary glossopharyngeal were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The effects and side effects were compared between the two groups after four weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 75.0% and that of the control group was 61.1%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate（P<0.05) and the incidence of side effects （P<0.05）between the two groups. Conclusion:Oxcarbazepine treating primary glossopharyngeal neuralgia had its satisfactory effect and fewer side effects. It is worthy of application in clinic. |
