| 摘 要 目的：了解我院住院患儿抗菌药的应用情况,促进临床合理使用抗菌药。方法：采用回顾性调查方法, 对2012 年1～3月出院的儿科住院患者使用抗菌物的品种、用药频度、联合用药等进行调查分析。结果：1 188例出院患儿中有1 099例应用抗菌药, 使用率达92.5%，使用强度为每百人天66.6DDDs（按成人规定日剂量标准计算），涉及5大类19种, 其中单用1 040 例（94.6%）, 二联59例（5.4%）,无三联及以上用药，药物敏感度试验及病原学送检率为76.3%。结论： 抗菌药使用率过高，使用强度偏大，应采取有效措施，加强抗菌药使用管理。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To understand the situation of the use of antibacterials in pediatric inpatients and promote rational usage of drugs in hospitals.Methods: A survey of the use of antibacterials was made in pediatric inpatients during January March 2012 and to evaluate the kinds, frequency, combined administration, effectiveness, etc. Results:1 099(92.5%) of the total 1 188 patients received 19 kinds of antibacterials in 66.6DDDs of the antibacterial use density in accordance with the adult daily dose rates. 1 040(94.6%) from them used single drugs. 59 (5.4%) used two drugs and no case used three drugs. Their susceptibility test and detection rate of pathogenic bacteria were 76.3%. Conclusion:The usage rate and antibacterial use density were very high. The hospital should take effective measures to strengthen its management of antibacterial drug applications. |
