| 摘 要 目的：研究实施临床路径对我院小儿室间隔缺损相关数据的影响。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，选取2011年治疗方案较单纯，无其他合并症的小儿室间隔缺损患者323例，依据是否实施临床路径管理，将其分为试验组(162例)和对照组(161例)，比较两组相关数据。结果：试验组的相关数据均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床路径的实施，可以明显缩短平均住院日，降低平均住院费用，促进抗菌药费用降低，改善医疗服务质量，使临床用药更加规范。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the effects of clinical pathway mode on relevant data in children with ventricular septal defect in our hospital.Methods:The retrospective analysis was used and 323 children with ventricular septal defect without other complications were collected in 2011. According to whether the implementation of the clinical pathway management，the patients were divided into experimental group(162 patients) and controlled group (161 patients).The relevant data were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender and body weight.Compared with the controlled group, relevant data of the experimental group were decreased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of clinical pathway reduced the average days of hospitalization, average hospitalization charge and antibacterial drugs cost,improved the medical treatment service quality and made clinical drug usage more standard. |
