| 摘 要 目的：探讨我院中药注射剂临床应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2009～2011年中药注射剂的种类、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）和日用药金额（DDC）进行统计。结果：中药注射剂销售金额明显增长，尤其是抗肿瘤类；活血化瘀类DDDs排序居前列。结论：我院中药注射剂的临床应用日益广泛，应充分发挥临床药师的作用，加强对不合理用药的干预和不良反应监测。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection(TCMI) in our hospital，and to provide reference for rational clinical medication. Methods:TCMI used in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed statistically in terms of type of TCMI，consumption sum，DDDs and DDC.Results:Consumption sum of TCMI increased significantly，especially anticancer TCMI. TCMI for activating blood circulation and resolving stasis took up the lead place in the list of DDDs. Conclusion:The utilization of TCMI increased progressively. It is important to bring the role of clinical pharmacists into full play and to intensify the intervention of non-rational drug use and monitoring of adverse drug reactions. |
