| 摘 要 目的：分析我院Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药使用情况。方法：收集我院2011年Ⅰ类切口手术病历，包括乳腺区段/肿物切除术、甲状腺肿物/次全切除术、无张力疝修补术、切开复位内固定术、精索静脉结扎术等269例，进行回顾性分析，评价抗菌药的应用合理性。结果：围手术期抗菌药预防应用率为93.68%，给药时机合理的比例为82.53%，给药品种合理的比例为72.49%，给药疗程合理的比例为76.95%，联合用药的比例为7.81%。结论：需不断规范围手术期抗菌药的预防应用，严格掌握用药指征，各方面共同努力达到合理用药。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the use of the antimicrobial prophylaxis in clean surgery in the hospital. Methods:269 cases were selected to review the evaluation of the rationality of antimicrobial application retrospectively,including the resection of the mammary gland section/the resection of the breast neoplasm,subtotal thyroidectomy/thyroid tumor resection,tension-free hemioplasty, open reduction and internal fixation,and high ligation of internal spermatic cord vein.Results:The rate of antimicrobial prophylaxis was 93.68%,the rational timing of administration occupied 82.53%,the rate of suitable choice of antimicrobial agent was 72.49%,the reasonable proportion of curative time was 76.65%,and the rate of combination was7.81%.Conclusion:The application of antimicrobial prophylaxis should be standardized continuously while great efforts will be made in various fields to promote the rational administration. |
